Cubs will be visiting Dapto Library to research their animal for the SIA project. 

Please wear uniform and arrive at the library by 5:30pm

Books and computers should be available.

It is encouraged that CUBS come prepared with a few ideas as to things that the might want to discover in their research so as to use the time and resources effectively.

For those who have no interest in participating in this project we ask that they find something quiet to do within the library - perhaps undertaking research in another Special Interest Area of their own choosing (learn guitar, character drawing, growing veges, lego engineering, build Roblox games - nearly anything!)

If your youth would like to undertake a different SIA Badge they may start it at any time. Take a look at this form below, and discuss it with your youth. Encourage them to complete the information and hand it to a leader. Then support them along the way as a parent - this will ensure it's enjoyable, something that they see through (the required 4 hours) and walk away proudly encouraged by the process of learning something new that interests them.
