Cubs and Scouts are invited to meet at the hall from 12:00pm on Sunday 19 April 2026.
To earn the Their Service, Our Heritage badge each year, Cubs and Scouts are required to participate in three ANZAC Day related activities. This day will cover two of those and there will be an opportunity for two more activities on ANZAC Day, with a separate notices to be sent out for the ANZAC Day Dawn Service in Dapto and the Wollongong ANZAC Day March.
During the afternoon this Sunday we will be:
Structured activities will run between 12:00pm and 1:30pm. We will then walk to Premium Tyre Service next to Shell Service Station opposite Ribbonwood Centre and take part in the Dapto March that will start at 2:00pm and finish at the Memorial at Dapto Train Station. We will then walk back to the hall for a 3:00pm pick up (approximate).
Scouts are to wear their full uniform including badges, scarves, and hat. Medals are optional and must be worn on on the right side of the chest if they are from a family member.
Optional: If your youth member doesn't want to participate in the hall activities they can meet the group at 1:45pm for the march and collected from the memorial at Dapto Train Station.
